Booking Terms and conditions 

Correspondence
All correspondence in respect of tours /travels service bookings should be addressed to Snowman Adventures Chinkral Mohalla Habba Kadal Srinagar Kashmir India.

Reserve a place
To reserve you place on one of the tours, you should complete the booking from and send it Snowman Adventures office with the cost of the trip but cash, cheque or bank transfer or credit card as per the terms and conditions under payments.

Payments
For the services contracted, some advances payments should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis and the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from country/place or upon arrival you’re but definitely before the commencement of services. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the c commencement of the services. Apart from the above, in some cases like special train journey, hotel and resort booking during the peak season (March to ending August) full payment is required to be sent as advance. The payments can be made through currency notes or travelers cheque or though Visa and Master card.
In case of payment through credit card, the bank charges (3% extra) would be levied over and above the total amount.

Note
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deductions
Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
