Refund Ploicy

In regard to refund of used/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described below and money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is make to the credit card amount or Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Refund based on cancellation policy.

1. If cancellation takes place 30 days prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be fortified.
2. If cancellation takes place between 29 day to 20 days before you arrival date 25 % of total tour cost will be fortified,
3. If the cancellation takes place between 19 to 10 days before your arrival date 50 % of your total tour cost will be fortified
4. If the cancellation takes place less than 10 days prior to your arrival date to Srinagar or No Show 100% of total tour cost will be fortified. No Refund.
